About Dr Fieser

With over 8 years of experience as a mental health counselor, I have provided comprehensive support to diverse populations across a range of settings, including private practice, school-based counseling, in-home therapeutic services, rehabilitation facilities, and geriatric psychiatric hospitals. My work has encompassed helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, manage chronic illnesses, address substance use disorders, and cope with significant life transitions. I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing chronic mental health issues, as well as those in acute crisis, including patients struggling with suicidal ideation.

In addition to direct client care, my experience includes working with multidisciplinary teams in clinical and academic settings, where I also serve as an adjunct instructor. My approach emphasizes the use of evidence-based techniques, mindfulness practices, and tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am skilled at creating structured, goal-oriented plans designed to foster resilience, improve coping strategies, and support long-term growth.

Whether working with adults, older adults, families, or individuals in specialized care environments, my commitment is to provide thoughtful, professional support that addresses immediate concerns while fostering lasting progress. By focusing on practical solutions and building on each client’s strengths, I aim to empower individuals to navigate challenges with confidence and create meaningful improvements in their quality of life.
